TrulyBot provides digital credits for AI image generation. Due to the nature of digital goods and the immediate costs incurred by our AI providers upon generation, we generally do not offer refunds for credits that have already been used.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for the following billing cycle. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
We understand that things happen. If you believe you have been charged in error, or if the service was completely unavailable for an extended period, please contact our support team within 7 days of the charge. We review these requests on a case-by-case basis.
While we cannot refund credits for images where you simply dislike the aesthetic style, if an image is generated with severe technical defects (e.g., completely black output, server errors) due to our system's failure, we will happily refund the credits used for that specific generation.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
All payments and refunds are processed through Razorpay, our secure payment gateway partner. Refunds are subject to Razorpay's processing times and policies.
